Melodie and Tamar met on a dating app, like many couples do in the modern age. Together they parent Melodie’s three adopted girls. They had a lot in common, including a love of travel, good food, and a desire to help others. They quickly realized that they were meant to be together and so this journey begins!

Meet Melodie

Melodie Routly is an author and LGBTQ+ advocate who came out publicly in 2021. She is the proud parent of 3 adopted daughters and has been an active voice in the Christian community, working to raise awareness and promote acceptance of the LGBTQ+ community. In her writing and public speaking, Melodie shares her personal experiences and challenges as a Christian and member of the LGBTQ+ community. She strives to bridge the gap between the two communities and promotes understanding and acceptance. Melodie’s work has been recognized as a powerful voice in the ongoing conversation about LGBTQ+ rights and has been praised for her ability to connect with a wide range of audiences. Medodie is dedicated to making a positive impact in the world and to helping others live their lives to the fullest.

Meet Tamar

Tamar Medford is a Neuro Change Practitioner, Author, and Podcast host who has been sober for over a decade. Her mission in life is to help women in recovery create a life so good for themselves they never want to go back to their old way of living. She came out publicly in 2022. Tamar’s unique approach to addiction recovery incorporates neuroplasticity and mindfulness techniques to help individuals overcome addiction and achieve long term sobriety. Tamar is a host of a popular podcast The Now What Society where they discuss various topics related to addiction, mental health, and personal growth. Tamar has inspired many people through her work and continues to make a positive impact in the field of addiction recovery.
